The flavours
and benefits of plants
Benefiting from the mild climate of the Chassezac valley, we are gradually re-cultivating the former agricultural terraces surrounding our building. We cultivate these areas in harmony with the characteristics of the site, using local renewable resources and promoting diversity. Mint, lemon balm, monarda, camomile, lavender, verbena, blackcurrant, oregano, rosemary, thyme, savory, sage, tarragon... so many flavours to awaken your senses!
We also take advantage of the generosity of the surrounding countryside to gather other aromatic and medicinal plants in a way that respects ecosystems. We use these plants to make herbal teas, aromatic blends and syrups. All our production is certified organic.
You'll find our products directly on site, at Aux Fermes des Rayols farmers' shop and Feijoa tearoom/grocery shop in Les Vans, at MyBioShop Ruoms, as well as at the Chambonas small market every Thursday evening from April to September.
